Adequate visibility will be presented on Television Stations such as CFCF 12; CBC; TVA; GLOBAL; and NBC.

Leading up to the show we propose to run a contest on the history and geographical setting and make up of the Governments of the participating Islands and the City of Montreal.

Montreal has earned the reputation as “The City of Festivals” in North America; therefore, we will be blitzing the city with pamphlets and flyers giving enormous exposure to your Island/Country and or business participating during these events;

Montreal International Jazz Festival (over 1.5 million in attendance)

Canada Day Celebrations (125 thousand in attendance)

Carifiesta (100 thousand in attendance)

We request that you supply us with a profile of your business for media coverage during the months leading up to the exhibition.  Video footage would be a major selling tool.

We are offering you special sponsorship opportunities that will further enhance your appearance at the exhibition.   In addition, you will receive free advertising in selective media outlets.  This presents a great opportunity for businesses and travel marketers to reach their best customers.

We are expecting to attract over 100 thousand during this exhibition.  Your investment will pay large dividends with added bonuses.  Confirmation date for booking is January 15th, 2005.  A non-refundable minimum deposit of 20% is required with the balance due by May 3rd, 2005.
